My intention is to portray those who are seeking the light through their own practice.
Hello,
I’m @sanrigo, I have been practicing yoga for seven years and have a 200-hour certification. A few years ago, I started to shoot photos of my classmates and teachers, and I have been fortunate to meet great people and teachers through the camera. I am not a commercial photographer.
Today I seek to generate an energy exchange system that allows my artwork to be sustainable. The equipment, production, printing, assembly, and display costs are high.
So I decided to start a fundraising campaign knocking on the door of yoga centers to offer my photography services to their teachers and/or students for their social networks and broadcast media.

I started the “While Seeking the Light” Photo Tour a year ago and now I will be in San Diego, CA from August 11-14, 2021.
ABOUT ME
My name is Rigoberto Torres, I was born in Mexico City in 1977. From the age of 6, I attended painting classes exploring different techniques like watercolor, pastel, charcoal, and oil, sculpture, and pyrography. Professionally I work as a multidisciplinary visual artist.
Audiovisual tools have been my way of expressing myself since I was a kid. I work on what I like and with the tools I love to work with. A few years ago, overwhelmed by work, I had a catharsis that led me to evaluate myself in every way.
As a result, I established a strong difference between my passions and work.
I started experimenting with photography portraits in order to face and understand the technical and management aspects required by the trade. It started as an escape, motivated by pure passion. The current evolution of my work is the result of what I have learned in recent years from that enlightening moment.
